CAL-SP - Climate Action Leader Scout Program
India's First Climate Leadership Discovery Platform
CAL-SP is a nationwide initiative to identify, train, and empower India's next generation of climate leaders. The programme spans from school students (Class 8) to graduate-level participants, building a pipeline of 25 Crore climate-competent leaders by 2070.
About CAL-SP
Founded in 2025, CAL-SP addresses India's triple crisis: climate emergency, employability gap, and leadership vacuum. Aligned with NEP 2020, Mission LiFE, Viksit Bharat 2047, and India's Net Zero 2070 roadmap, CAL-SP creates structured pathways from campus to climate leadership.
